The Lumbee Tribe of N.C. will be hosting Cultural Workshops every Monday of each month beginning February 20, 2023. This workshop is open to all ages and is free. Each month will focus on a new topic / skill. February's Cultural Workshop will highlight basketry/basket weaving & POWWOW Dancing/Drumming.
Those interested in basketry, must register by February 17, 2023 at https://www.lumbeetribe.com/culturalworkshop (There is a max of 30 people per class for Basketry)
The first workshop will be on February 20, 2023 at Southern Spirit Boys & Girls. Each workshop will be from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm.
