Training for the Tri-Warriors Triathlon Competition
Children from across the region have begun training for the Tri-Warriors Triathlon competition, which is scheduled for Saturday, August 27, 2022. Each Saturday, through August 20th, children interested in competing in the Youth Triathlon may participate in free swim instruction at the Lumbee Aquatic Center at the Lumbee Tribe Cultural Center from 11:00 am till 12:00 noon.
The event is open to boys & girls ages 6-15. The competition will be held on the campus of the UNC Pembroke. Registration is now open.
