Lumbee Tribal Chairman Lowery Amends Asset Requirements

Lumbee Tribal Chairman John Lowery has amended the Lumbee Tribal Housing Policy. Effective February 2, 2022, there is no longer an asset limitation for Tribal members applying for the Home Rehabilitation Program.

HUD income limitations will still apply, but the value of Tribal Members assets will no longer be considered when determining eligibility for the Home Rehabilitation Program.
