Meet the Newest Down Payment Assistance Recipient

Emmalee Collins is brimming with excitement at the thought of owning her own home. Thanks to the Lumbee Tribe's Housing Program, Ms. Collins will be able to do just that with a little help on the Down Payment that is always required when purchasing a home. A member of District 12, Ms. Collins is represented by Tribal Council Representatives Shelley Strickland and Ann Taylor.
