Thank you to Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS) for your continued support of the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina. Representatives from BCBS, recently toured the Lumbee Tribal Housing Complex and met with tribal administrators. During the meeting, BCBS representatives were able to discuss with Mrs. Tammy Maynor, Director of Governmental Affairs, specific health needs of the Lumbee Tribe. BCBS has funded multiple projects for the Lumbee Tribe. BCBS representatives also discussed ways to collaborate to address health equity and how to expand our relationship to provide services to Lumbee Tribal members.
