Please mark your calendar for the (MMIP) Missing and Murdered Indigenous People (MMIP) March & Ceremony on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at 5:00 pm. The march begins at the Art Market at the Shoe Shop at 104 N. Main in Pembroke, N.C.
The event is sponsored by the Lumbee Tribe of N.C. and Native Visions. Alexis Raeana Jones and Charly Lowry perform their hit song "Keep my Memory" and other songs as they remember those who are missing or murdered and spotlight this important issue, which is impacting all of Indian Country.
