Lumbee Tribe Holdings, Inc. (LTH) will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on October 6, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. The "Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina" is the sole owner of all shares of LTH. The Shareholders' interests are represented by the tribal government. This meeting shall serve as a substitute annual meeting in lieu of the meeting that could occur in December 2020. Because of the COVID-19 Pandemic, this event will be streamed for tribal members.
The above information supplements the public announcement of Thursday, September 3, 2020, made during a presentation to the Economic Development Committee and the written notice sent to the Tribal Chairman and Tribal Council on September 22, 2020.
