Lowe's Partners with Boys & Girls Clubs
(Staff Report by Telisha Oxendine 8.15.2017) Today I took my kids from the Four Winds Boys & Girls Club to do a meet and greet with the workers at Lowe's Home Improvement in Lumberton, N.C.
During Back 2 School season, Lowe’s will expand its partnership by kicking off the Lowe’s and BGCA-Building Great Futures in-store cause campaign. From August 8 to September 5, 2017, Lowe’s stores will support Boys & Girls Clubs by asking their customers to donate to Boys & Girls Clubs during the checkout process at the register.
Fifty percent (50%) of all funds raised by stores that align with our BGC organization will be distributed back to our Club. If pass-thru after the split is less than $100 per Club, funds will be used to support a national BGCA initiative.
