Today, we welcomed students and staff from Scotland County Schools to the Lumbee Cultural Center for a day of learning and cultural sharing.
The visit began with the blowing of the conch shell by Reggie Brewer, followed by greetings from Chairman John Lowery, Tribal Staff, and the Culture Team. Students toured the grounds, explored key sites, and joined in an interactive stickball demonstration.
We are grateful to Scotland County Schools for spending the day with us and celebrating Lumbee history, culture, and traditions.
