Join Lumbee Food Collective for their next cooking demonstration on Thursday, November 13, 2025 from 6 pm - 8 pm! Lumbee Chef Pat Dial is making a root vegetable soup, cornbread side dish, and surprise dessert! If you've ever wondered just how to make those "old-timey" veggies work for you, this event will be a treat! Due to space constraints at the Pembroke Boys and Girls Club (120 Youth Drive Pembroke, NC 28372), there is a limit of 30 spots. This form will become a waitlist once all 30 spots have been filled.
