Note to all Plan Holders: This Addendum No. 1, dated May 22, 2019, modifies the original Bid Documents dated May 14, 2019. Where this Addendum modifies, changes, or conflicts with the original Contract Documents (Plans and Specifications) of the referenced Project, this Addendum shall govern and have precedence. Where no modification, change correction or conflict occurs, the original documents dated May 14, 2019, shall be in force.
The State of North Carolina requires an individual or company to possess a NC State Pesticide License to apply pesticide on property than that an individual does not own. Also, required to have license to apply herbicide in flower beds.
All contractors are required to meet North Carolina Laws and Regulations.
