The Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina is proud to congratulate these first-time homeowners on the purchase of their beautiful new home in Bear Creek Subdivision in District 10. After applying through the Lumbee Tribe’s Homeownership Program, this family has reached an exciting milestone, HOMEOWNERSHIP! This moment represents a place to build a future for generations to come.
District 10's Tribal Council Representative is Bobby Emanuel. Bear Creek is currently under construction. Upon completion, there will be a total of 12 homeownership homes built. We wish you many years of happiness, laughter, love, and wonderful memories in your new home.
