Mark your calendar because it is Fish Fry and Fall Festival time! We are excited to see our friends, family, and community next Saturday, October 3, 2026, for the Lumbee Tribe’s Fall Festival & Fish Fry. It will be a day of fun for everyone. The day starts with the annual 5-K Fun Run/Walk. Registration is from 6:45 am to 8 am. with the run beginning at 8 am. The festival continues at 11:00 am with a FREE Fish Lunch (while supplies last), gospel singing, and cultural demonstrations by Lumbee Artisans. It is all happening at the Lumbee Tribe Cultural Center at 638 Terry Sanford Drive in Maxton, NC.
Reminder - Terry Sanford Drive and Recreation Rd. will be closed at 7:45 am for the 5K/Fun Run. Early registration for the 5 K is $20 /$15 for Seniors. It is $25 if you register the day of the run. A T-shirt is included with pre-registration only.
