This past weekend Lumbee Tribal Chairman John L. Lowery visited the tribal homelands of the Tunica Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana. Chairman Marshall Pierite of the Tunica Biloxi Tribe invited numerous tribal leaders from across the country to hear from Trump administration officials and to discuss tribal influence at the national level. Chairman Lowery was honored to be invited by Chairman Pierite and to spend time with other tribal leaders. "I appreciate Chairman Pierite's leadership and his approach to working on national issues that are important to tribal leaders," said Lowery.
