Thank you to everyone who came out to our Lumbee Fall Festival & Fish Fry. The rain held off just long enough and everyone had a wonderful time sitting and enjoying a fish lunch. It is cooked the same our ancestors would cook it each fall in celebration of the harvest time and their return from fishing cool nights at the ocean. Thank you to Senior Ms. Lumbee, the Lumbee Ambassadors, and to everyone who came out to sing during this special time as well as everyone who participated in the Stickball games.
