In accordance with the Bylaws of Lumbee Holdings, Inc. (LH) you are receiving this NOTICE of the Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina is the sole owner of all 100 shares of LH. The meeting is currently scheduled to be held on July 1, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The Annual Meeting location will be in the Boys & Girls Club facility behind the Tribal Building, 6984 NC Hwy 711, Pembroke, NC 28372, and it will be conducted under any facility guidelines established and enforced by the Tribal Administration.
We do not intend to livestream the event. Because we share company financial information solely related to for-profit efforts of entities owned by the Lumbee Tribe, an active Lumbee Tribe enrollment card is required for entry. Only invited guests and active Lumbee Tribe enrolled citizens will be allowed entry. We will seek to retain an interpreter to allow hearing impaired, deaf, and hard of hearing Tribal citizens equal access to information and interactions. At the conclusion of the event, a light lunch will be served to those in attendance.
This email shall be deemed to serve as the written NOTICE, only subject to adjustments as to the start time of the event.
LH has asked the Tribal Administration to include this information in public event announcements moving forward.
