Food vendors are needed for the Lumbee Tribe Federal Recognition Celebration on May 16, 2026 at UNC Pembroke. Food vendor setup is $300. The Vendor Set-up Time is May 15, 2026 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (no exceptions).

The Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina is honored to host this Federal Recognition Celebration on Saturday, May 16, 2026. We welcome our Lumbee Citizens, our community, our neighbors, our supporters in Federal Recognition, and YOU to this grand celebration at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. It will be a momentous day to join us in celebration of this historic and joyous achievement!
The celebration will begin at 9 am and continue through 9 pm. Join us for the food, great fellowship, a gospel singing, a mini-powwow, guest speakers, light show and much more! It will be hosted at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke in the Quad area between Old Main and the Mary Livermore Library. It is our honor to partner with UNC Pembroke and Chancellor Cummings to host this special day.
