April Cultural Workshop Series features Hayes Allen Locklear

Everyone is invited to the monthly Lumbee Tribe of N.C. Cultural Workshop Series. Next Monday's workshop will include a new workshop series on Pinecone Patchwork Ornaments with Hayes Allen Locklear. There will also be Powwow dancing and drumming. The location for the series will be at the Pembroke Boys & Girls Club on Highway 711 in Pembroke. It is located behind the Lumbee Tribal Housing Complex.

These workshops are held every Monday of each month (excluding holidays). They are open to all ages and are free. Each month will focus on a new topic / skill. Registration is now open for the Patchwork workshop (which is limited to 30 participants.) Guest may also participate in the drumming and dance workshop as well.
