Lumbee Tribal Citizen Earline Hardin Bell stopped by the Lumbee Housing Complex to update her tribal enrollment card. Born in 1925, she is the second-oldest living Lumbee Tribal Citizen. As it stands, she is the oldest tribal citizen to have updated her tribal enrollment card.

The Lumbee Tribe’s Housing Rehabilitation Department will not accept applications during the month of February 2026. This continued pause in services is necessary to allow staff time to complete internal changes and implement program updates to better serve the tribal membership. Application intake is scheduled to resume March 2026. We will keep our citizens updated as we move closer to reopening.
