The Housing Department provides short-term housing for tribal members whom, due to an unforeseeable emergency, have had their current dwelling destroyed or it has become unsafe or uninhabitable.  

       - Eligible tribal members may live cost-free (no charges for rent or utilities) in  these homes for a period            of 90 days.

The Assets Department manages ALL of the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina's assets, in terms of who is using facilities, security of the facilities, as well as maintenance and janitorial services of the facilities.
