    Congratulations to our Lumbee Tribal staff for winning Silver and Bronze Medals in UNC Pembroke's "3 on 3 Tournament". (6) six teams participated in the event, which was held at UNCP auxiliary gym today. The annual competition is a part of the Lumbee Homecoming festivities. The Lumbee Team who won the Silver Medals won in the "Over 30 Group." The Lumbee Staff Team to win Bronze won in the "Under 30 Group".

  • Lumbee Students Visit Colleges with Project IndigeCHOICE College Tour 2022

    Our Lumbee High School students have a few NEW options as they prepare for college. Project IndigeCHOICE recently hosted two college tours as well as two American Indian college student panels at North Carolina State University and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The tours offered the students the opportunity to tour each campus, eat in the dining halls, and ask students and professors questions about the college campus, financial aid, as well as the inclusion of American Indian Students.
