The mission of the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina Housing Program is to provide opportunities for affordable, safe and sanitary housing options for Lumbee Indian families in the service areas of Cumberland, Hoke, Robeson and Scotland Counties.

* To apply for the Down Payment Assistance and Homeownership programs, the following information for every member of the household is required:

• Birth Certificate;
• Social Security Card;
• Proof of Tribal Enrollment;
• Proof of Income; and
• Criminal checks for all members of the household over the age of 18.
