Bio: Mr. Lesaundri (Lee) Hunt, Representative for District 3, resides in Lumberton, North Carolina. Lesaundri (Lee) Hunt, was born June 26, 1952 in Robeson County, N.C . He graduated in 1970 from Fairgrove High School. He earned a certificate in Biblical studies from Carolina Bible College in Fayetteville, NC, attended Robeson Community College, Fayetteville Technical College, and Western Piedmont Technical College for State Certifications related to his job duties. He retired after 34 years of active duty from the jobs as Crew Supervisor and Operator in Responsible Charge (ORC) with the water distribution system for the Public Works Dept. of Lumberton, NC. His wife, Lethia Smith Hunt, graduate of University of North Carolina at Pembroke (UNCP), two sons, Eric Lee Hunt, and Alex Corey Hunt, and five grandchildren. Lesaundri was elevated to the rank of an Ordained Bishop in 1984 with the Church of God denomination. He currently serves as Bishop of the Pembroke District of the Church of God churches and also as Pastor of the Riverside Church of God located at 8 Taylor St. in Lumberton, NC, whereas, in August, he will celebrate his 31 years of service.
