Bio: Mr. Walter Lowery, Representative for District 12, resides 18820 Norma’s Road. In Laurinburg NC with wife
Genell. Mr. Lowery has two children, son, Christopher and wife Beverly, and son Roger Dale and wife Dora. He has 3 grandchildren, Tristan, Chad, and Crystal. He worked for Uco Fabrics for 6 years. He and his wife Genell have been married for 16 years. He has attended Gray Pond Baptist Church for 65 years. He is dedicated to serving the people of Scotland County. |
